sign-up through Solarize Dunwoody program in Feb, never received final signed contract. Installation on home 1 scheduled 5/23 , panels and inverter completed 5/24 but no power wall. The electricians and panel crew were fantastic. Can't say enough about how professional and thorough they were. They got the A rating for quality. However, as of this review 7/12, the work has not had permit inspection, I have not received technical specs required by power company from Hannah, power co. will not install bi-directional meter without tech. specs. and a signed off permit so power co is waiting to do their part, and I'm waiting for power wall battery installation at some future date. Home 2 scheduled installation 5/29 - Hannah did not show up until 6/18. They did not call to reschedule - I had to call to find out when they were coming after not showing up the first week. Installation of panels and inverter completed 6/19 (same crew and they did fantastic job) but no power wall. Still have not had a permit inspection, power co has not installed the bi-directional meter, and I don't have a date for the installation of the power wall. Hannah Solar will not return my emails or phone calls. I have made numerous calls and emails to Mr. Reeves, project manager. his last response to me was 6/21. I called VP of sales, Mr Kelly, but he is no longer with Hannah. I left a phone message with Mr O'Donnell, a Managing Partner, but he has not returned my call or had someone call. Summation - not a complete install, no permit signoff, no power co meter change, no response to emails or phone calls - Hannah Solar No thank you.

Installation was very well done, quite professionally. Panels are working well There were several delays which were quite frustrating. Reason was said to be material shortages and work load. Not much explanation of how system works.
