They did some great work on the chimney and some electrical work, and I would use them again. They finished the work in about an hour, and they were really professional. I'd recommend them to my neighbors!

Overall it went OK. They made a few mistakes but they were able to fix it. They came back out to touch up the work with no charge.

They did a good job and they were fairly easy to schedule. B+ overall. It took them 1-2 hours to do the cleaning, and I was happy with the end result. I've since found that others are more competitively priced, though. I would use them again if they were more competitively priced.

"I'm glad you had a good experience, and am sorry that you feel that our price is too high. Unlike most of my competitors, I carry full liability and workers comp insurance, pay taxes, etc. Those things do add up, and constitute the overwhelming majority of our pricing. It's just not possible to do those things and charge less. We feel that the value is in your security and protection of your home."

The work turned out perfectly! They finished the work in about 3 days and the clean-up was perfect. The three people that came out were very professional and I would use them again.

It went fine. The man came over and gave the estimate and came back and did the work. They did good work. He was on time. It was a good price. I was happy with them.

I called in, and asked for an estimate. They completed the estimate the next day, and emailed a PDF. In my case, they gave an estimate for labor only ($285). But, they came back a couple hours later with material costs (About $35).
Since they didn't need access to my house, they were able to complete the job without my being there. So, when I came home from work that day, the job was done. Looks very solid and I'm quite happy.

We believe the value we add is in our craftsmanship, not the "stuff". Please remember we warranty our work for a full year, in the unlikely event there's a problem later."
