The guy showed up a few minutes late and had no idea what he was doing. About halfway through my scheduled time he admitted this was the first house he ever cleaned professionally. Said he had lost his job and was working cleaning homes to hold him over. He was pleasant and polite but he had no idea of how to clean.

Terrible. The first pro showed up late and left after less than two hours of a 4 1/2 hour booking. She did a terrible job. She didn't clean the oven, refrigerator, fans, light fixtures, switch plates, blinds. The house was still filthy when she left. She texted me asking for a five star rating and assured me the house was professionally cleaned. When I complained to Handy and demanded that someone finish the job, she sent me an nasty text. The second pro didn't even bother to show up. She sent a text asking me to cancel and reschedule with another pro because she didn't want the job. This against Handy's policy. Apparently she told Handy that she did the work. Customer service was almost exclusively by email and the representatives never seemed to understand the situation. I eventually was refunded for 2/12 hours and $3.00 for the inconvenience. I recently got another email from Handy stating that the second pro did do the work. She did not. No one in customer service seems to know what is going on. I eventually hired another company at a premium price in order to get the work done properly. I will NEVER use Handy again.

Not well. The entire house was empty. Dirty finger prints were still on light fixtures. Dust was still in window seals. One bathroom was mopped only. Tub and sink wasn't cleaned. The floors were clean. Jeremiah texted and asked for a $50 tip. The only tip I can give is learn how to clean

Got off to a questionable start because I wasn't able to REACH ANYONE regarding my pending appointment due to incorrect email address. But I finally had to do some DEEP Web researching and was able to get in contact via email and was given my Handy Pro Cleaners contact info. I was relieved to be able to reach out to him an push back cleaning time due to another scheduling conflict. Otherwise you are charged a hefty reschedule fee!!!! Justin arrived as planned and quickly got to work. Justine communicated very well, we talked about my overall cleaning expectations, he was polite and respectful, didn't mind my dogs, and was professional. I enjoyed chatting with him while he cleaned. My son's came home from school and I realized we were in the way so we left and allowed him to do his thing! In addition, I also brought a mattress the same day of my home cleaning an left it on the porch while Justin cleaned with the intentions of moving it when my cleaning services were complete. Upon my return to my house 1hr later, Justin had taken OUT the OLD mattress and INSTALLED the new mattress and made my son's bed I was ELATED, because this was going ABOVE and BEYOND his cleaning duties! So KUDOS to him for doing that. As I walked around my home it SMELLED CLEAN and DISENFECTED......All Appliances were degreased, and wiped down in the kitchen and my cabinets sparkled, walls wiped down, floors swept, debris from behind my fridge swept and mopped, sofa was pet hair FREE, mirrors shining all throughout the home, windows seals cleaned on inside in ALL rooms, no COBWEBS ANYWHERE! Pet hair gone, Floors shining, fans dust FREE, trash all removed! OVERALL I HAD A GREAT 1ST EXPERIENCE USING A MAID SERVICE. I will definitely use Handy Services again and specifically ask for Justin S!!!!! The reason for the Responsiveness rating is the lack of customers ability to be able to REACH a HUMANBEING if PROBLEMS arise before a scheduled appointment time!

Keesha did a good job. No issues with her. My issue was a verbal quote I received from Janet for hours and price and it did not match what they were going to charge me. I have informed them of this situation and was dealing with someone name Ralf. Not sure if I will call them again. I felt like it was a bait and switch with pricing.

Ginger is very personable and always asked for more work. I had asked her to wipe out the inside of the kitchen cabinets and to polish/shine the outside. Ginger the inside of some lower cupboards and some outsides were polished over the food spots and splashes. I should have supervised more closely. It's a learning experience and I would hire Ginger again.

It was terrible to say the least! The service they booked over the phone was wrong. The “professional” they sent had a really bad attitude, had to re-do everything because of the poor attention to detail and left before the time that was paid for. Plus, it took an exhausting back and forth of emails for 3 days to get a refund for the time of no service. They didn’t take any responsibility for such bad quality service and if you have a claim, there will be nobody to help you over the phone. Save yourself time and frustration and look somewhere else.

My wife booked a cleaning for son’s apt and was told she needed to pay for extra fee to get it done the next day. She paid. The later in afternoon handy cancelled by txt her and moving date out with out asking if time or date will work. They also did not refund extra fee. We have been trying to call and email them with no luck. Charging for service and not delivering it is this fraud? We will not accept the move date. Zero customer service, questionable business practice, and no one will pick up phone. Calling credit card company, bbb, etc... what hassle. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I was promised that the inside of the fridge was going to be cleaned as this was otherwise a light job but they did not. Overall work was below average. I will not recommend them!!
