H&A Mobile Auto Glass

I need to echo all of the glowing recommendations for H & A Mobile Auto Glass. Donnie, the guy who did the work, might be the nicest guy on the planet. The work was fast and perfect, and the price is amazing. I am very pleased, and won't even consider anyone else in the future.

For now, I will give them 3 stars. I booked this glass company through A&H Autoglass. Pros and Cons Pros 1. Great Price (especially for OEM Glass windshield) 2. On time 3.Fast ( willing to move and get it done very fast) 4. 4.7 Rating at Yelp CONS 1. No one from A&H never said that someone besides A&H would be coming out and it would be Pro Auto Glass of Lawrenceville GA. 2. He was here by himself (or with someone that could assist with placing the glass) installing a new windshield on Newer Ford F150 Supercrew with no mechanical arm to assist like Safelite. With my 20 inch rims and tires, it was difficult to lift and place the glass. He made a small scratch the paint on the passenger side hood. Black glue drivers side hood that I did notice until the next day which was a little harder to get off the next day after baking in the sun. 3. The cover around the windshield wipers (air intake) was not placed back straight. 4. Glass shards left behind in passenger seat and dash. They really need covers when working. 5. Black glue and finger prints inside of car on Tan door panels and grab handles 6. BIGGIE for me was, he broke the cover off my Drivers side grab handle and I found it under the driver's seat broken. ( I have ordered it from Ford for $3.10 plus tax) and I pick up at Ford when it gets here. 7. New glass was not clean inside and out Summation The cleaning was not an issue for me at the price difference I was getting it done for. Though the glass shards on seats should have been vacuumed or covered. I looked at Ford Mall of GA first. They did not do glass breakage, but they did have a guy that wanted $650. Safelite told me $488 but when I got ready to do it, their price went up to $599.95. A&H 4.7 Star review wanted $385. All of these was for OEM original glass with Ford Logo and sound dampener (not after market). Final Two days after the I posted online Michael from H&A called and we talked. For my part, I should have called in and told them what happened before posting online and gave them a chance to correct the issue, for that I apologize. He offered to redo the whole glass just to make me happy, but that was not necessary. He also offered to pay for the broken part which I had already ordered. He then offered to have my car completely detailed. By the time detailing company arrived, the part had come in and I had replaced it. The detailing company (Cameron's Mobile Auto Detail came and cleaned my car including the head liner. They did an outstanding job. The car truly looks as if it just rolled off the show room floor. Called that am. Owner answered phone. Gave great price. But I wanted to get at least three quotes because his was crazy low. One of his competitors actually said there was no way he could have gave me that low of a quote without using used glass. Called H&A back Dallas was out of their zone but if I would meet in one of their zones they would make it work. Same day. Repair person was early to meeting spot. Fixed as stated. Watched tech take glass out of foam and remove protection from plugs for defroster connections. Glass was just slightly darker than other glass on car due to tinting so glass was obviously new and from same standards of what was there previously. Tech fixed in very short order and spent more time cleaning up broken glass and making sure that there was nothing left than what it took him to actually replace the glass. Nothing but professional and exceeded all expectations. It's been about a month and several storms later no leak or problems. Very professional, on time, and performed as stated and then some.

Their punctuality left a little to be desired, but they worked quickly and professionally. They were a joy to watch. Clearly they know what the Dickens they are doing. They also cleaned up very efficiently so now Connie (that's my car) looks great!

Wonderful customer service overall from the first phone call to calling me in advance of arrival on day of appointment. They replaced my windshield in less than 30 mins. Cost was very reasonable. I was very happy and will refer to my family and friends.

Very satisfied! Great customer service, very responsive. I got a busy tone the first time, but the manager called me back immediately. He took my information and told me he had to get me a quote and would call me back, He did in an hour's time and the price was more than 50% less than what my insurance company preferred vendor. I made a mistake on a part so I had to call him and leave a message after office hour. He returned my call immediately and managed to re-order the part. I was able to get the next day service. The technicians were very courteous and friendly and kept me informed of their where about and how soon they would be expected. The arrived dead on the dot at 3 as they promised. 2 guys came, got on to work and in less than 45 min, it was done! No problem, no issue and the same price as I was quoted. I can't be more satisfied; I don't have to deal with an insurance claim.

The service men were very professional and timely. Amazing.

It went extremely well.  Although I was sure I had unlocked the car, when they arrived it was locked.  They had to come back the next day.  Although the need for the extra trip was my fault, they were extremely professional and gracious.  They came back the next day and did an excellent job.  I highly recommend that you use them.

Called on Thurs and H and A called back with their bid in one half hour.  Said we would go with them and they scheduled repair for Friday at 8:00 a.m.  Crew called twenty minutes before they arrived.  Was greeted by both workers and they confirmed the cost prior to starting the work.  Work completed in forty minutes.  Very positive experience with workers who seemed to really enjoy what they do.  I would definitely recommend them to others.  Professional staff with a great attitude and price.

Car was broken into on a saturday night...that's what you get for living ITP. Monday AM called safelite (I think because of the catchy jingles?) got a quote for $260. Called H & A, their quote was half that and they could do same day mobile service - sold. They gave me a two hour window for when they would arrive but ended up calling me to tell me that they would be running about twenty minutes late. Jesse arrived, vacuumed up the broken glass and replaced the window in like 45 minutes. Overall, very pleased with H & A's work, would use them again.

Jesse and crew were fantastic.  Quote received over the phone and service scheduled for the next day.  Junior and Will called when they were on their way and showed up on-time - early in the noon-2 window.  Estimated 45 min for replacement but completed in 30 min.  Super nice and courteous.  Gave detailed instructions for follow-up (when to remove tape, wait for carwash, etc).  Price much better than the SafeLights, etc (beat some by more than $100).  Highly recommend!!

Someone broke into my car, and the smashed window was only one of the resulting issues. Thanks to H&A, at least that one is taken care of. I first called Safelite (the 1000 pound gorilla in the neighborhood), who quoted me $340 and a several day wait before I could bring the car to them and leave it for the day. If I wanted them to come to me, it would be several days more. Thanks to good reviews here and on Yelp, I next tried H&A. They gave me a 2-hour window later that same day to come to my home. As promised, the technician called when he was 20 minutes out (early in that 2-hour window), and arrived when he said he would. The two technicians (Junior and Will) were friendly, courteous and professional; they took about 45 minutes to replace the window and vacuum up the broken glass. I pointed out a few crumbs of glass they missed, for which they cheerfully brought out the vacuum again. I hope I never need their services again, but would happily recommend them to anyone else who does.

and 3 led in the morning at 7:30 and spoke to Jesse. He was very informative. He had to call me back at 8 to let me know what the quote would be since the window place wasn't open yet. By 8:05 am he called me back and told me it would be $140 for the install. I couldn't believe that quote. I said that's amazing. Safelite was going to charge me $340 plus they couldn't get to me for 9 days. Jesse told me they could come out to my work between 1 and 3 same day. The techs got to my work at 2:30. Junior and another man. They were both very professional and quick. It only took them 35 minutes to install and clean up. They were truly amazing and great customer service. If you have any window problems I highly recommend this company.

The removal and installation of the windshield went very smoothly. These guys are pros. Removal and installation took less than 45 minutes. They allowed me to watch the entire process and I could tell they knew what they were doing. They had the right tools and were clearly experienced replacing windshields. I gave them a B for price only because there was another guy, not on Angie's list that was going to do the windshield for $125. I decided to go with Angie's list. I'm willing to pay the extra money knowing that the job was done by qualified people with the right tools. I highly recommend Hand A Mobile Auto Glass. One other thing, the company on angie's list with the most and best ratings wanted $260 to replace the windshield. So shop around, don't just go with the company with the most reviews.

I called for a quote after a friend's recommendation, and it was much cheaper than my quote from Safelite with the same lifetime guarantee. They came out and repaired my car window in the same day, technically in just a few hours of my call. They were courteous and fast!

Made appointment for routine maintenance under warranty. Appointment honored, on time, professional service.
Since warranty has expired, I have found other places to get my routine maintenance done for less.
