However, when it comes to their maintenance services, that's another story.
We finally had to cancel our maintenance contract with Habersham Gardens. After almost a year of very poor service and repeated complaints with promises to fix the issues, we couldn't take it anymore. Their lawn and garden maintenance would leave boxwoods untrimmed. Weeds were never under control. Our grass was left cut uneven and full of weeds when my neighbors' grass (all the same grass in a planned community) had no weeds and looked full and fresh. They would leave weeds in the flower beds and 1-2 ft tall briars untouched. Ivy was growing through the porch steps that was left behind. In order to get them to fix the issues, my husband would call their customer service and they would fix it the NEXT time they came out, only to be back to their old neglectful ways the following visits. They blamed it on the fact that they couldn't hire/ keep good workers. Well, when we're paying top dollar for lawn maintenance ($220 a month not including seasonal flower bed plantings), we didn't expect to have to call every time to fix the issues.
The last straw was when my husband walked out to his car on the way to work one morning to find the crew mowing wet grass that was being slung out of the mower and on my and my husband's freshly detailed brand new cars that were parked in the driveway. When my husband called to complain, he was told that the crew isn't supposed to do that and should know better. But this is the same kind of thing we were told every time there was a problem. The maintenance workers don't care and will be as fast as possible at the expense of quality service. The management of the company has no way of checking their work and cannot seem to get the workers to live up to the quality standards you'd expect from paying a premium price. Even though their customer service rep Cameron was always nice on the phone, it didn't make up for the fact that the workers would repeatedly make egregious mistakes.
Habersham at one point did give us a discount on one month of service and ended up reimbursing my husband for having to get another car detail done and for fixing a crack in his windshield due to grass mowing mistake. But if the crew was doing what it should have been doing as contracted then we'd never would have need to request for those in the first place.

We've used Habersham for maintenance since moving into our home in October. We really like utilizing gardeners that have a reputation for quality, are easy to work with and contact, and can do maintenance but also projects. By having them for maintenance, we build a good relationship and are able to reach out for them for projects as needed.
It is easy to reach our contact by email, which I appreciate. I would love an online bill-pay option, but that is a minor inconvenience.
The guys who come to do maintenance are always quick and efficient. They leave no sign they were here except a cleaned up lawn :)
I have been told this is somewhat expensive for service, but it's not outside of our budget and they do quality work. The weeds that were in our yard are gone. The overgrown vines around our doorway were taken care of on the first visit. And - again - they leave everything looking immaculate. I'm really ok paying for quality service, and these guys definitely fit that bill.

The only problem I had was that they can't get to my place before 8am, and that's a challenge for me. They would say they'd arrive by 7:45, then not arrive until 8:15. However, they do great work, and I learned to adjust my expectations accordingly.
