The appraiser had many years of experience in jewelry. She was professional and knowledgeable. I was given detailed information on my things. This was especially helpful since many are family pieces that I knew little about. The charge was only $20 per item and done while I waited.

I called ahead and made an appointment for the next day. I asked about how much the service would cost. They said $20 and up. I arrived with my ring and several other pieces I had inherited from my grandmother. The employee quickly looked at the pieces that I inherited and gave me the basic information I needed (Were the gems real and of good quality? Did I need to bother with a full appraisal?). She did not charge me for this service. Then she quickly (10 minutes) appraised the diamond. She only charged me $10, less than what I was quoted. I will DEFINITELY go back. They also had a large selection of pieces for sale.

WE WANTED TO ADD MY WIFE'S WEDDING RING TO OUR HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE POLICY, SO WE NEEDED TO HAVE IT APPRAISED. THEY APPRAISED IT FOR THE EXPECTED AMOUNT AND WERE VERY FAST GETTING THE PAPERWORK TO US. THEIR STORE IS IN AN OFFICE BUILDING INSTEAD OF A MALL AND THEY CLAIM TO BE WHOLESALERS, SO I'LL BE CHECKING THEM OUT THE NEXT TIME I WANT TO PURCHASE SOME JEWELRY.
