Description of Work: Removed large, dead limbs from several trees on my property.

Description of Work: Scheduled to show up at 8:30 on June 19th and due to equipment problem were late and never called. Agreed to show up promptly at 8:30 on June 26th and did not show up at all. Call to Gunnison resulted in they would looke into what happened but no call back.

Description of Work: Flagstones broken and never repaired. Did not clean up as agreed upon. Craters in ground from tree falling never fixed. Laborers treated wife rude. | |Told Gunnison we would never use them again nor recommend them...they did not seem to mind.

Description of Work: They removed a large tree in our front yard that had been struck by lightning. They were very professional and even had an arborist check out the tree 1st.

Description of Work: I contracted with Gunnison Tree Service to cut down a 110' oak that was leaning over my house. They arrived on time, took down the tree in 7 cuts using a crane to move the limbs to be cut up. The crew was professional, courteous, and knew how to do this job! I will call them again anytime I need tree removal or other tree services. From beginning to end, highly professional!

Description of Work: We requested an estimate for some routine tree pruning plus an assessment of a hypoxylen-infected oak. They were prompt and professional, and recommended the oak be removed. They also suggested removing a red maple on the property, claiming it was "hollowed out" and was clearly in decline. We received two other assessments, and while their assessment of the oak was accurate, the red maple is perfectly healthy, though historically poorly pruned. The "hollowed out" area is a fully healed scar from when something backed into the tree years ago. Gunnison either send out an inexperienced arborist or just likes to cut down trees. Either way, we won't be using them and do not recommend them.

Description of Work: I contracted with Gunnison to completely remove one tree in my front yard and to prune another. I sought estimates from 3 companies before proceeding. In the end, I chose Gunnison because of their professionalism and how well Christie seemed to know her business. In just a short conversation, Christie taught me a lot about trees that I did not know. Once she understood what I wanted done, she outlined my options, answered all of my questions and then walked me through exactly how the crew would approach the job. On my appointment date, the crew arrived promptly, confirmed with me what was to be done, and then went to work. They were super fast and also very thorough. They cleaned up and hauled away all debris from the yard. I was very pleased with the final result. I would also add that they were competitive with the other estimates I received. I highly recommend this company. Should I have tree needs in the future, I would definitely call Gunnison again.

Description of Work: Recent Storm damage had split in half a 15 year old maple in my front yard. Gunnison responded very quickly to our call and had the tree removed and stump grinded with in 2 days. They kept us informed at ever step of service and were very professional. The clean up left our yard looking like nothing had happened. Andrew has helped us on more than one occasion. We checked and with another tree service and had the same price quoted but they seemed less professional.
