Real Estate Service
It began and ended horrible. He charged us a move in cleaning fee, lots of things were not working properly and he was always late and doesn't seem to have everything together. He did ensure that everything was fixed however, cleaning and items working ie, appliances should be completed prior to leasing to new tenants. I personally like the guy, he is super nice and seems to go out of his way alot. But, that's does not out way the stress that you go through while working with him. Buying, renting and moving are among the most stressful events that occur in life and you need someone that is professional and competent. Luis is a nice guy, he just always seems ?over stretched?. I?m not sure about the honesty as of yet, we haven?t received our deposit back yet. I will not be using his services and I recommend the same.
