Although he was working for the seller. Me, as a buyer, told him that if he has any questions, to let me know. However, his response was "i don't work for buyer, i work for the seller". As a result, he listed items in the inspection report based on his own conclusions, based on worst case situation, which was simply untrue.
Also, I never heard of an inspector mentioning cosmetic things needing to be done, which he did.
I wouldn't recommend this guy to anyone.
