They did a wonderful job on my front and back yard. I looks absolutely gorgeous now. Chris, who quoted me, was extremely friendly and professional. The project lead (Anthony) was very easy to work with as well when it came to pointing out certain things that needed to be taken care of. Seriously, these guys turned my yard into a masterpiece, and they had the actually had the best price of the three quotes I got. Bonus points for the following: 1) Helped me relocate a Japanese maple to a different address. 2) Trenched around beds that they knew I would later mulch, which made mulching much easier. Highly recommend. Great company with solid people, and you don't have to chase them down to give you a quote, keep their appointment times, or anything else.

They did very well.

The regular mowing and blowing cost $48, but that depends on the size of your yard. They have been good.

Wonderful!  Greenmark Exceeded my expectations.  Greenmark performed the most thorough job in getting our yard straightened out.  And although the estimate was $630.00 the total came to $590.00 - $40 less than projected (a good sign).  Greenmark outperformed the owner (me); they did a better job than I could have ever done (which is important; and it indicates, to me, they are definitely professional - Greenmark knows what they are doing!).  Great!  I don't have to take care of the yard myself anymore; I finally found some folks that know what they are doing.
We are retaining Greenmark for regular, scheduled, on-going lawn maintenance to come out every 2 weeks.

I've been using the services of Greenmark for about a year now.  I've been very happy with their service.  In addition to basic lawn services, I've also used them for maintaining shubs, spreading pine straw, pulling up stray saplings, and pruning a bradford pear tree in my front yard.  They've always been efficient and the yard looks great.

They are pretty reasonable.  We had one problem with them, but we emailed them about it and they came straight to our door.  It was addressed right on.

They were booked a ways out, but got me scheduled as quick as they could and the crew was on time and did a great job.

Everything went as promised.  The contacts- Carla, Mark and the project manager were all professional and quite helpful in improving a yard that had no improvements in 21 years.  They were very conscious about our budget and costs, providing several suggestions that helped us stay away from costly ideas that would not have added a return in property value.  We will have them do our back yard, hopefully this fall.

Everything went fantastic! All of those jobs that would have burnt up a ton of my free time on weekends were resolved in less than a week, and look ten times better than what I could have accomplished with the do-it-yourself products from the home repair stores.

These guys are great -- the job is always done as promised and when promised.  Mark and Carla have a great vision of what can be done, and Mark and John are great at execution of the plan.
All the crew guys are great also and are willing to help out with whatever needs to be done.
We're really pleased with the way everything looks so far, and get a lot of compliments from the neighbors also.

As noted above the initial design and install went well. The weekly maintaining of the property is a different story. I wish they would be more proactive. They have left the gate open and our dog has gotten out.

  I called Greenmark Landscaping to have someone come over to provide an estimate. Spoke with John Cushin and made an appointment to have him come over  to review the scope of work and provide an estimate.  John showed up at the specified day & time. John listened to what I wanted & provided his expert opinion when asked. John is a very nice young man and very knowledgeable about his profession. I received an estimate the next day. I did receive other estimates.  Greenmark Landscaping was not the lowest nor the highest bidder. However,selection was based on price AND TRUST!!  John and his work crew showed up on the day set as the start date. John introduced me to Anthony who was in charge of the project. All of the men working on this project were courteous & very hardworking. The project was estimated to take two days. However, the project had only taken one day. John had an additional work crew sent over to assist with the work. They did an incredible job!!! It is impossible to describe how hard & relentless Anthony and the other men and a young woman worked. Nothing was overlooked. Cleanup of the debris was superb. The job went exactly as planned. My wife and I are ecstatic!! We have coffee on our deck most mornings. Still, 3 months later...we are in awe of this wonderful transformation. We are so very satisfied!! We plan to have Greenmark Landscaping come back and do the rest of our yard. Thank you so much John...Anthony....and the work crew!    

They have done a great job overall! We have them coming out again soon to keep up with the maintenance of the new plants.

We had a whole bunch of shrubs that needed to be trimmed as well as do a yard cleanup. They come out once a year. We have used them in the past as well. They are very timely and professional. If we have an issue they see to it that it is addressed. They are pretty fairly priced too. My experience with them has been fine.

I contacted Greenmark Landscaping to obtain an estimate. We set up an appointment with John, Project Manager, for Greenmark. He came to our house to evaluate the project and said he would send us an estimate. He was very professional in discussing the job with my husband and I, as well as, told us what to expect. We set a date to have the job done, it was completed in a timely manner. it had been years since we have had grass in our backyard, so was very refreshing to look out our window and see beautiful grass. We have a few other projects to complete and will probably use this service again.

They put a layer of clay over the top of the drain, which blocked water from reaching the drain, defeating the purpose of having it. When I called, they were very responsive, and they came out and explained the maintenance. Unfortunately we're going to have to dig the clay back off and re-seed in order for it to work properly, which is how it should have been done in the first place. Overall they were responsive and courteous, but could stand to give their guys better training on proper drainage techniques before sending them to install a drain.

They came with a crew that were very professional and worked in the heat until it was done. The staff is very polite.

The supervisor/estimator John took great care to understand exactly what I wanted to accomplish in my half acre yard. The work was completed quickly and professionally and the results are great. He offered suggestions for how I could improve the health of the grass which had not been pampered in some years. I'll be using Greenmark for additional work.

Working with Tanya at Greenmark was excellent. They were the most responsive company of all of the landscapers that I worked with to get quotes. They were fair in their pricing and created a new landscape based on what we were looking for. I am very pleased with the efficiency of their work and really like the look of my new yard.

This is the second time I used them. They came and discussed the job and made several recommendations about how to do the work that were very good. They are very professional and their prices are competitive. While I will always get quotes for work of this time Greenmark will always be on the list. The only difference I would have liked is their coordination with me on caring for the new grass.
