I have an original appointment last Monday but the technician came 03 Mar 2022. He only had a screw driver with him, I lend him my vacuum to clean the back of the fridge. He asked me to buy a spray in the can to clean it. He was not able to open the back of the fridge because of the ice on the back. He needed a hair dryer to melt down the ice but I do not have one. He just mentioned to buy the spray and materials without diagnosing the real problem then he just left.
