The contractor came out and did some adjustments to the gutter and billed us $216 for the work. When we had another heavy rain during the summer it was grossly apparent that the cause of the leak had not been repaired.
At no time did the contractor open up the dining room ceiling to determine or identify from where the leak was actually coming. "THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN OUR 1st CLUE"!
We contact the contractor and had them return. LOOK FOR FOLLOW-UP COMPLAINT.

I am continueing to hire them because I have used them before and they continue to do good work for me. They came on time and finished the job on time. They cleaned up when they were done

They were very efficient. They came out when they said they were going to and we were pleased with their work. They charged the price they estimated which wasn't the cheapest price but I feel was a fair price.
