This company was very professional from the beginning appointment call, willing to work with my agent and family. Allen was very professional and took amazing amount of time to show me my potential home and how it functions. He took a ton of pictures and pointed out each issue as well as explaining how to care for the home and resolve some minor issues ourselves. He explained the major issues in detail and perhaps how to best deal with these. He was on time, spent extra time, very professional and his detailed report of 30+ pages with pictures explained in common language what we needed to be aware of!! I was extremely happy and impressed with him and it kept us from the and quot;unknownand quot; and resolved our fears with home buying. Thank You and I would refer them to anyone!

Allen was great. Not only did he do the normal step through of all the areas that needed to be covered in the inspection, but he took the time to answer all my questions and explain everything he was doing and looking at. He was very knowledgeable, took his time to make sure everything was covered and made the inspection a very informative session. I would definitely recommend Allen Roberts and this company.
