GREAT CITY INSPECTIONS INC

I found Mr. Sims from a friend that recommended him to me. I called to set up an appointment with him on Wed afternoon & he was able to meet with me at the house for my inspection on that Friday morning. He was already at the house when my husband & I arrived, looking over the outside of the house. He did a complete inspection of the whole house from getting on top of the roof to climbing under the crawl space and everything in between. He answered all the questions that we asked him and he gave us answers to some things we hadn't thought to ask. The inspection for our house of 2800 sq ft took him almost 3 hours. He emailed the inspection report to us that same day which was over 30 pages. The inspection report was very detailed, and included lots of pictures that he took of the house during the inspection. Also, I called him with a few questions a week after the inspection was completed and he was helpful with answering my questions. He was very honest and that was important to us.
