After over fifteen years in business, our original business philosophy of treating employees like family, and customers like friends, builds a network of connections and referrals so that expensive advertising campaigns are unnecessary. Gray Contracting still employs the first person they hired over fifteen years ago and most have been with him for over eight years. We have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and are members of the National Roofing Contractors Association.

I saw an ad in the Crier for a 10% discount on gutter work. I had them come out to clean the gutters first, and provide a quote for the work (which I had performed by a different company.) They did a good job cleaning the gutters and their workers were professional. The one problem is that they forgot to include my very nice storage shed, but I also forgot to point it out. I don't remember the exact price for the service, but it was around $100, give or take $20. Unfortunately, I forgot to use my coupon!! Arg.

I have been using Gray Contracting for gutter cleaning on a regular basis for several years.   It's always a pleasant experience -- I call the office and talk to a real person, they get me on the schedule, and call me the day before the crew will be out to do the work.   Simple... as it should be.

GRAY CONTRACTING WAS A SUB-CONTRACTOR HIRED BY HIGHLAND PARK. WHILE HIGHLAND PARK AS BEEN VERY PROFESSIONAL, GRAY CONTRACTING WAS A TOTAL MESS! THE FIRST DAY THE CAME THEY STARTED TAKING THE ROOF OFF OF MY NEIGHBOR'S HOUSE (WHICH HAS BEEN A BIG PROBLEM FOR MY NEIGHBOR). THE NEXT DAY THEY WORKED ON MY ROOF AND IN THE PROCESS CRACKED A SKYLIGHT. ITS BEEN A NIGHTMARE. THE ONLY THING THAT WORKED OUT IS THAT I GOT A BIG DISCOUNT FROM HIGHLAND PARK AND MY NEIGHBOR EVENTUALLY GOT A NEW ROOF FOR FREE.
