This provider "Buys Gold" and proved unresponsive and irresponsible. A two-year experience trying to recover property or to have merchant keep their promise of reimbursement proved useless and even the BBB could not resolve. The ethics of the person running this business - horrid. No follow-through, no returned calls, no response to letters, no resolution and most sad the loss of sentimental family piece. Our loss was in the thousands . Don't take a chance. Find a reputable gold/jewelry buyer with endorsement by BBB or another creditable source.

"This particular person brought in a ring containing a cubic zirconium many months ago.Anytime anyone brings in precious stones,we evaluate them and pay accordingly.After several months this lady came back in claiming that she had two rings exactly alike and that she mistakingly brought in the one containing a real diamond and not the cubic zircon in the other.OUR POLICY IS AND ALWAYS HAS BEEN CUSTOMER FIRST. We always ckeck the stones in rings for their composition.This person under no circumstances brought in a real diamond as she says. We responded to the BBB it is public information for anyone to read.We also offered to give this lady a ring of her choice to try and resolve this even though we are not at fault. WE PRIDE OURSEVES AS OFFERING THE MOST FOR ANYONES MERCHANDISE. THIS IS THE ONLY COMPLAINT WE HAVE HAD IN 35 YEARS OF DOING BUSINESS. WE HAVE MANY MORE PRAISES THAN COMPLAINTS.We have many positive testimonials about our business. we also serve many high profile customers and businesses throughout the U.S. with happy results."
