We hired Griman and his team to execute a renovation of my parents-in-law’s ranch home near Tucker. They installed a six-foot fence, create a new entrance to our basement, span our central interior wall, demo the old chimney, and frame out a 1-bed apartment to rent as well as a new master bath and butler’s pantry.
