I had never done business before with the company, but they were very helpful. They got a service consultant to assist and i dropped it off for service that afternoon. They were completed with the work the next day and i picked it up. Everything went great.
The only thing that was a little strange is getting parking in the lot. They explained that they were in the middle of transition and that was the reason for the craziness.
Other than that service was great. It has been about a month and the car drives great again. :) I will go back to them again.

Gene, who was my sales guy, was very helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. They are straight and to the point. They are there too make sure you get the best car for your lifestyle and budget.

They are the only ones in Atlanta that service mini-coopers. They have the equipment and no one else does. Their service is great, it is like being at home.

I keep going back for a recurring problem for warranty work. They are very responsive and timely in scheduling appointments. However, I don’t think they are timely in processing when your time is supposed to be.

After the initial contact I asked if we could send in our information and have the relevant forms ready for signature on our arrival. (I hate sitting at the dealer waiting for paperwork). I faxed in our insurance card, drivers license and trade information. We made an agreement to pickup the vehicle the day after so that the sales person (Chrissy) could leave at 5pm. About 2 hours later she called to inform us that the vehicle had been sold during the paperwork process. If this is how they treat prospective customers thank goodness i never became and now never will be a customer.

I just bought a BMW 335. I had an initial problem with one of the speakers in the front. They replaced it, no questions asked, and no charge.

This company took me on a wild goose hunt - first making me pay for a new battery - that did not fix the problem, then suggesting I buy a new key - that did not fix the problem, then suggesting I buy a new ignition switch - that did not fix the problem, then suggesting I buy a new EWS module - that did not fix the problem. Finally, I took the car to a different BMW dealership and they fixed the problem immediately - new starter motor! Tried to get my money back from Global Imports. My Asst Service Mgr. Gil Muller, Service Mgr. Dave Coatee and GM Dewayne Bowers would not return my calls or respond to my letter. Regional Rep has been contacted. Still trying to get my money back. If you drive a BMW, the service folks at Global don't know what they're doing.
