Glass Inc

Glass Inc was very easy to work with. They did what they said they were going to do and were there when they said they would be there. Any unseen hurdles were handled quickly and efficiently. Very satisfied!

Everything went okay.  They did a complete replacement but didn’t do the trim correctly.  My husband called them so they never cashed the check.  My husband ended up fixing the trim himself.

The experience was very good. These guys know their stuff about glass. It is important that you have an idea of what you want. Also know your budget. They will let you know if what you want is possible or not. It took me a while to decide, but once I did they were very cost competitive. When they could not get the standoffs I needed at a reasonable price they even let me purchase them on my own. They delivered and installed the glass as predicted and they were true to their estimate. The only reason they did not receive straight As is that I had to keep the process moving along by being the one to keep calling. I think this is because they are so busy and mine was a very small order.

A very nice and well-spoken young man handled my questions on the phone. He gave me an accurate and very reasonable estimate for the work to be performed. Their estimate was a bit more than half the cost quoted by the dealer, and they were able to do the work the same day I called. They were about 1.5 hours slower than expected in getting the replacement glass from their warehouse, but once they started work they were quick. I was quite disappointed by the fact that they put about 5" of scratches in the paint around the window during the installation. The scratches seemed shallow and Glass Inc. had me take the car to a nearby car wash to get the marks buffed and waxed out. This was a limited success. Also the clean-up of the broken glass was very poor. They only cleaned the seats, not the console, floors, etc.
