GEORGIA TUB & TILE

It went great! They showed up on time, did a great job, and were very friendly!

They were very responsive from the day of my initial call. The technician arrived early on the day the service was scheduled but because the size of my tub was larger than they quoted me, they changed the price of the job on me while they were onsite - which I did not appreciate. This could have been avoided by asking me to send them the measurements of the tub or maybe even a picture. The tub looks great for the most part - only a few small gaps in the new caulking.

Responsive, professional, listened to what we were trying to achieve and made helpful suggestions. Very happy with the results. Venting thru window left some residue on the screen which could have been cleaned better.

The contractor came on the date he said he would to give us the estimate. We attempted to get a 2nd bid but that contractor didn't respond timely to our message so we went w/ Ga Tub and Tile. They then came promptly to refinish our tub on the day they said they would. Work was completed as promised in one day and we are very pleased with the quality of the work. BTW, Ga Tub and Tile is NOT located in Eatonton. We were concerned when we asked for the bid if they would come to intown Atlanta all the way from Eatonton. That is apparently

an historic address (maybe when grand-daddy started the business) but the active workers live close in to Atlanta.

They came out to my house and took their time assessing the way to repair it. They came back a few days later with all of the needed supplies and went to work! The finished product is amazing - there is no evidence that a hole was ever there in the first place. They also refinished my tub, and it looks brand new. Their professionalism and honesty ranks very high in my book. I highly recommend them to anyone needing tub repairs and refinishing!

Went very well. Discussed the scope of work in detail, got timely proposal. There was some delay on my part in proceeding, but when I contacted them again, they were very responsive, and got their work done quickly and well.

They were on time, exactly on budget (which was much less than competitors), and did a great job. Not only did they complete the job the first time up to our expectations, but they were very knowledgeable.

Very pleased with service and result

On time for the estimate, advised what could be done to refinish the tub and tile and advised of the odor that the work would generate. I was going to be out of town for a few days the next week so arranged for the work to be done then (a neighbor provided access to the house). The work was done perfectly, on time (1 day) and when I got home 3 days later the bathroom looked great!

My house is older (built 1950's) and the original tub and tile are still in the bathroom. The tub had worn down almost to the iron so it needed to be re-surfaced. The tile was a terrible light-blue color, so I wanted that painted a more neutral color to update the bathroom. Branham actually came and gave me a quote several months ago and I decided to wait. When I contacted him about having the work done, he honored the original quote. We set a date, and it happened to be while I was out-of-town. Branham came in and performed the work so my new bathroom was waiting when I returned. There were a few scuff marks on the tub and tile, and Branham came back within a week to touch-up the work. Now my bathroom looks terrific thanks to the color updates. Branham was a pleasure to work with - very responsive and takes pride in his work.

Branham (the owner) responded to my call very quickly and was able to come and do the job a day later. He arrived precisely when he said he would. He was very polite and professional, and he gave me an Angie's List discount. Later that night I noticed a very minor discolored spot which had not been visible when the surface was wet. He came back the next day and took care of the problem. This is just the kind of small business that I like to support. The bathtub now looks great, and I know he stands behind his work.

I was a doing a little updating of 2 bathrooms and didn't want to go to the expense of tearing out the tile and bathtubs which were in great shape but the wrong color. From the first phone call Branham handled everything with the up most in professionalism and quality. His price, work and follow up were all perfect. Branham finished all the work in one day. There was still some more to be done in the baths by other people and he said he could come back and do touch ups, if necessary, when all was completed. And he did!!!!!! I was very impressed with Branham and really happy with the way the re-glazing turned out.

Tub now looks like new. Branhom was very professional and courteous. He carefully explained what he did and even gave us a sheet on how to maintain the tub. He successfully got rid of most of the odors before he even left. Nevertheless, we left the condo unit for 24 hours.

Excellent service! Great company attitude; called back almost immediately, fitted me in within a day or so, and did a terrific job. Extremely polite, very clean, did what they said they would do and no "hidden charges." Would totally recommend. Even the telephone quote proved to be the exact price (without even seeing the tub).

Branham took care in prepping the area and applying the finish. He verbally explained how to care for the tub going forward and gave me written instructions. It has been a week since the work was done and the tub looks great. No complaints.

It went exceedingly well. Because the company representative indicated that there would be some odor generated, we decided to leave town while he completed the job. We left him a key and when we returned everything was as we had left it. The tubs and sinks turned out great. We are very pleased. He came by to pick up payment and gave us care instructions. He is obviously committed to customer satisfaction. Our only regret is that we didn't do this sooner.

Excellent. He promptly returned my call and explained in detail what he was going to do. I received a price over the phone and we scheduled the work to be done within days. He performed his work and needed no supervision. The work was done with as little mess as this type of work allowed. The odor was also kept to a minimum. It also has to be mentioned that he was extremely polite, friendly, and trustworthy. The price ended up to be a bit higher, because I forgot to mention that the tub was over-sized.

The man arrived on time and was courteous and polite. The end results are flawless. We did have to have him come back with a buffer to smooth out the surface of the tub which was a little rough when it dried because of dust in the air. They came back quickly when I called and it is now perfect.

Overall, they were pretty good I guess. I like the work they did they were very professional and courteous. I think it looks wonderful. They were a half hour late but I won't hold it against them as my bathtub looks really nice.

GA tub and tile was great to work with! He explained how the process would work, was upfront with everything, and was even able to save us some money in the end!

We were very impressed with the quality of work and high level of detail. Branham took time to cover all our surfaces with plastic. Tub looks GREAT! Would hire him again. Highly recommended.

The owner called prior to arrival as requested. He arrived on time and was very courteous. He took great pains to keep all smells out of the house by opening the window, using a fan, and shutting all the doors. He even covered my bath closet with plastic to keep smells out of my towels. He left a sheet with care instructions.

THE WORKMAN WAS VERY PERSONABLE, ARRIVED ON TIME, AND TOOK PAINS TO KEEP THE FUMES OUT OF THE HOUSE. USED A FAN TO BLOW THE FUMES OUT THE BATHROOM WINDOW. TOOK HIM ABOUT 4 HOURS OR SO. THE TUB LOOKS LIKE NEW, AND HE LEFT A SHEET EXPLAINING HOW TO CLEAN THE TUB WITHOUT DAMAGING THE GLAZE. WE WERE VERY PLEASED.
