My roof began to leak and when I called for a free inspection, one of their representatives came out to my home within the day!  They were polite and set to work right away.  They coordinated with my insurance company to take care of as much of the financial side as possible and fixed everything in a timely manner.  My ENTIRE roof was replaced, not just the spot that had sprung a leak.  The drywall needed repair from the water and was also fixed as well as resetting the skylights in the affected room.  The whole process from inspection to cleanup took no more than 2 weeks and the work was all done within one day.
