Kenneth Malone is a friend of a friend; however, I'm the type of person that doesn't care, and it more matters the quality of service. He tried desperately in Atlanta to find a smaller home that had everything I wanted. I wanted three bedrooms (with maybe a 4th in the basement), a nice master bedroom ... Finally we had to expand our horizons a bit, and he found the perfect home for us. I just got a packet in the mail with post cards with my new address to send to my friends. He gave me stickers to put on my mail, and sent me a laminated card of the monthly maintenance I need to perform on the house. He looked out for us at the closing, yet was also sensible. He got the best home inspector I've ever had.
