Dorsey Finishes did a fantastic job painting our loft. The painters did not drip paint anywhere, and the walls look impeccable. The workers cracked an electrical outlet cover and forgot to screw a couple of things back to the wall, but Kirk took the time to come back out and replace the broken item and finish re-attaching things.

The quality of work is not satisfactory - my front door is scratched to *explicative*, paint is chipping from gutters, shed was not sanded so paint would cover, wood fill was not sanded smooth and in some cases not used. There is paint and fill stains on the brick which were not there after pressure washing. A light fixture is broke as was 3 outdoor spot lights. Several areas were not painted (between garage door panels and edges, top trim on back of shed, below base of French door in back, and when mentioned I met with complaints. I was told other items would be completed and later these were denied and then completed poorly - house numbers, basement windows, front railing. In the end I was charged for items which were suppose to be included as "value added".

From the first contact months ago, we have found Kirk to be a reliable and friendly painting contractor who does what he says he will do. Very professional. No surprises.

We hired Dorsey Finishes to paint our aluminum siding. I had several previous estimates, and Tom at Dorsey was the most professional, and he seemed to care the most. His crew was very professional, showed up on time and were very diligent about the work. It came out looking wonderful. Time will tell how the paint job will hold up, but initially, I give them 5 stars. Don't hesitate to call them.

THEY WERE JUST VERY GOOD. THEY HELPED US PICK OUT SHADES BECAUSE IT CAN BE HARD. THEY WERE ALWAYS PUNCTUAL AND VERY THOROUGH. THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THEY CONSIDERED THE SMALLER PAINTING A MINOR JOB DURING THE SUMMER, AND THEY TOLD US THEY WOULD GET BACK TO US. THEY TOOK A MONTH OR SIX WEEKS.

THEY WERE JUST VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY CLEANED UP, SO I DIDN'T KNOW THAT THEY HAD BEEN THERE EVERY DAY. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND NICE, AND I WAS JUST VERY SHOCKED TO FIND SOMEONE THAT GOOD.
