He came to my home and within 15 mins. he said my problem was solved. He said I had a short in my unit and he put a piece of cardboard between the wires so they would not touch. I should have became more concerned with his fix, but he said it was safe. His initial fee was $75.00. The next day my heat was out again and I called him back. He came back and said it was a sensor issue and he said he replaced the sensor. He charged $173.00 but within a few hours the unit stopped working again and I called him back over a three or four day period and he never returned my calls nor did he call back or come back. I then put a spot payment on the check for $173.00 but he had already cashed the $75.00 check. I asked if he was lisenced and insured when he came to my home and he said that he was. He never gave me an invoice nor a receipt of any kind. I never saw the part he said he used to correct the problem with the unit. I am a retired woman and on a fixed income. I have lost about $100 fooling with this guy, which I cannot afford to do. I think he does this as a side line from his regular day job, because he only came to my home very late in the evening. I am not at all happy about this situation, which some of it may be my fault because I trusted what he was telling me because he had an A listing on your website. I would not recommend this guy to anyone!!!!! and I hope you take him off your list because he is not trustworthy in my opinion and I could have saved $100.00 to give to a more trustworthy business to fix my HVAC issues.

Fantastic! I closed on a rental house on 12/28. The tenants lease was supposed to start 1/1, but they wanted to move in early. Willem had the kitchen remodeled, the electrical re-wired and the HVAC fixed prior to me handing over the keys on 12/30! He's great!

It's rare to find a company with such a wide array of expertise. If they happen to be running late, they call and let you know and they're extremely fair on price.
