I used him for about 28 years. If I have any heat or air problems, they come out.

It went great. Another company came by before them and they told me that I needed to replace my hot water heater. That was not the case. Gene’s Plumbing came out and they looked at it. They said that I didn’t need to replace the hot water heater. They cleaned it out and put it back together. It was messed up so they came back and cleaned up again. It’s been fine since then. They didn’t charge me the second time. The price was regular. I would say to other members that they are reliable; they come. If they don’t know how to do it, they will send somebody else who might know how to do it. I can request certain plumbers if I want to.

They are respectful of my home. They are in the area and they are very dependable. They are sometimes a little late getting here but that is because they are always so busy. They have also done work on our air conditioner before. We have used them for years. They are friendly and polite.
