Work done over a period extending from November 19 to December 18. Workmen were, without exception, friendly, competent and unobtrusive as they went about their business. John Garrison has offered to come back for free in the spring and put another coat of paint on the new porch and deck woodwork since they used treated wood. Original estimate was $5615 plus $700-750 for paint = $6315-6365. Final actual total was $6329.
