I think that their rent is a little on the pricey side, but the quality of the grounds and the apartment is great. Everything is very clean and big. The office staff if very firnedly and helpful. Whenever I have submitted a minor maintenance request they come either the same day or the next day. Their location is very close to shopping, groceries and the local hospital.
