I have a good experience with them. We've never had any issues with them at all. They have been great. When he came last week to do my service call, I asked him about the new air thing the guy put in from the tree. I said it makes a horrible noise every time it comes running and he said that's because they put some adequate standard that you already had of a unit. He went out and checked it. They were punctual and professional.

Great.  They were on-time, as usual.  I have had an annual maintenance contract with them since January 1986.  They come out twice a year for routine maintenance and also when I call them, if something goes wrong. They are very responsive.  The price of my contract is $184 for the two visits, plus parts at 10% off. 

Over time, these folks have replaced my old furnace twice and old air conditioner once and did a great job both times.  Personnel turnover is minimal, as I see the same folks come time and time again. They know me and I know them.

I would not change to another service.

It was not bad. They have good customer service. They diagnosed the problem well. They've been around a long time and they have a fairly large number of people to work for them. I think I had also gotten a tip from a neighborhood that they were good. The only thing is that they are not cheap. They are on the expensive side. Great diagnostician, really know their stuff, but it is not cheap.

They provide good service and their demeanor is very good. They are punctual as well.
