I have known Mike and his excellent  workmanship for many years since he had and is still doing many jobs at the preschool where I was director, now retired/comsultant. His children attend the school and he has completed many repair jobs and several large projects, building fences, painting wall murals, and repairing playground structures. My son needed some inside painting done and I recommended Mike for the job, he was extremely pleased  with his work professionalism and integrity and immediately asked him to do more projects for him. So when I needed help with my deck, I thought of Mike. I saw him at the school and discussed my need and we made an appointment for him to look over and schedule the work to be done. Mike communicates promptly with me by email and phone calls. He came at scheduled time on a hot July morning and completed the staining before noon.. He had to move large furniture, and planters to stain under and did everything with the confidence his 10 years experience in home improvement has given him.
The deck is now finished and beautiful. I am so happy and proud of the way it looks. Mike is very knowledgeable and his prices are reasonable. He cleans up after his projects and respects your home with care and consideration.
As Mike was completing this project I was already discussing with him a dream of having a part of my deck screened, some repair work done around wooden doors and an outside garden project done. We also discussed my pond and Mike has experience in pond/water projects as well as patios, arbors and children's play areas. If the grading included A+, I would give Mike a + in every area. He is the best.
