Flora's Cleaning Services

I’ve used Floras Cleaning services numerous times, and each time I feel that the quality of service has declined. To ensure I received the cleaning I desired, I spoke with Flora and scheduled a deep cleaning vs. the regular clean. The helpers, including Flora, are always kind and punctual. Communication is prompt. Today I experienced the worst service yet after scheduling the deep clean. My 3-story townhome cleaning was “completed” in less than 2hrs which I found suspicious. After going through my home I noticed that a lot of areas were poorly cleaned or not cleaned at all. Shower door, mirrors, window seals, baseboards, bookshelves, etc-you name it. They also broke one of my vases which is acceptable because mistakes happen, but it definitely further added to the frustration of poor cleaning. I feel the job was rushed and poorly done. I voiced my concerns, sent pictures, and pointed out areas poorly cleaned. Flora did make an attempt to rectify the areas, but it was too much-they honestly would have needed to start over. I was told I would still be charged for a deep clean since that is what I scheduled. I told Flora that I would be paying for a regular clean (which they barely met the expectations for) and would not be using their services again.

Flora and her team went above an beyond my expectations for a routine house cleaning. They vacuumed my couches (in the creases and under the cushions), dusted all of the blinds (front and back), folded my guest towels in a professional 'hotel-like' design. Lastly, she also folded the ends of my toilet paper into nice looking designs. She is a little more expensive per cleaning than the last vendor I used, but the extra detail she did was well worth it.

Flora and her team were prompt and professional. She took the time to walk through the house and made sure she did everything to my satisfaction. The team did an excellent job. I would highly recommend Flora , I will be using this company on a regular basis.
