They were good.  They primarily do a lot of business in carpet and tiles. They were just what I was looking for. I was looking for a tile and they had it and it worked perfect for me.  Overall it was excellent.  The customer service was good.  They called me back when they said they would.  Everything about them was very professional. They are a quality company and they stand behind their products. They went out of their way to help me because I needed it installed within certain time and it was on back order.  They really did go out of their way to make sure the installer brought it out of the factory which was an hour and half away. They are more expensive than average.  Their quality was higher than average, they had excellent quality.
