I really enjoyed working with Floor Coverings International! I had a couple recommendations for other places but glad I went with them. It was really quick and easy to schedule a consult and the best part is that they come to your house with samples and help talk through your options. Marika and Tansel were knowledgeable and super helpful with finding a pattern/design that I wanted. Even if I didn’t like one, they would help source one that I would. The installers were also great. They were really nice and knew what they were doing. They were detailed especially with an odd shaped landing, they made sure the pattern lined up perfect. They took good care around our house and put everything back the way it was if they had to move it. Would definitely recommend them for your flooring needs.

I was able to easily schedule an estimate within days upon calling. Marika is super friendly , professional, and timely. I had an estimate on Saturday and floors installed on Monday! The crew did beautiful work and cleaned up after themselves. Pricing was competitive and will definitely hire again and recommend to friends. So, so pleased!

This was an amazing experience. Marika provided us guidance on what we should do since we were unsure of how what design we wanted. She was transparent on pricing and quality and worked with us to get it exactly right. The results were better than anything I could have imagined. We did two projects with them: 1) replacing our tub/shower combo with a full walk in tile shower in our master and then replacing the tile surround in the spare bathroom (including replacing the shower (including replacing the plumbing fixtures in both bathrooms). 2) replaced all of our flooring with luxury vinyl plank. Both projects went well and they tidied up at the end of each evening so that it was a livable environment. Overall satisfied with the work and quality of the vinyl plank.

Scott is very personable, professional, knowledgeable and was happy to answer all of my questions. I appreciated receiving a detailed estimate. This was my first tile project. Gabriel and his coworker did a great job. My master bath had some air bubbles in the grout. Scott offered to come back and touch it up. Now it looks awesome!

Scott Harris was to work great with. He is very professional and conscientious. He gave us good suggestions and advice. His estimate was detailed and complete. The tile layer, Gabriel, was excellent also. The shower looks beautiful. The job was completed on time with little intrusion into our daily routines. Great experience.

We just installed seagrass in our townhome and Floor Coverings did a fantastic job! Every aspect of the job went well with great communication throughout the process. Four items discussed at the initial âÂÂsalesâ meeting ended up being ignored, but were variously resolved by actually being done, down to me finding someone else to do it. They did a good job of protecting the rest of the bathroom from damage but really trashed my balcony (and my downstairs neighborâÂÂs balcony) with their wet-saw activity. The worst and continuing problem is that they either short-ordered or accepted a short order of the marble tile. They ran out of tile, unable to finish three areas. Once new tile came in, it did not match the original order. Two more attempts were made to fix this, neither succeeding. I was finally told that it would match when the installation dried in one month. Not so, I have asked that they fix the problem or refund a substantial portion of my money â that necessary to find someone who might know how to fix the 2-tone look. They acknowledged receipt of my request and pictures, but I have not heard from them since. Definitely not a company you want to use unless you know enough to supervise them yourself. Elapsed time â 3 months so far. Update: The owner agreed to refund about 15% of the funds I paid for the 2-tone shower surround plus the identifying information on the installed tile. However, agree was all he did. I have not been able to reach him since - no refund, no tile data so I cannot even get someone else to attempt to fix the problem.

I hired Floor Coverings International Intown Atlanta to redo my daughter's shower after it started leaking through our kitchen ceiling. The owner, Scott Harris, was the only contractor who came out to our home to assess the job and provide a quote. The other two companies just asked a few questions over the phone which made me very skeptical of the accuracy of the quote and the level of customer service they would provide. Scott Harris and his team assessed the job and completed it on budget and on time. They helped source tile to match the existing tile in the bathroom and took pride in the completed project. I'm sure my project was one of their smaller jobs but I never felt unimportant. I would highly recommend FCIIA for any home renovation project.
