• Floor and Decor has an amazing selection at very competitive prices. The customer service there is like shopping at any big box store, however. It's hit or miss. Mostly miss. Inventory is never guaranteed, so buy plenty of what you need. It is hard to find staff there to assist with purchases, and the advice is varied-- one employee may tell you the opposite of what you heard from a different employee the last time. All that said, I am happy with the materials I purchased and would definitely shop there again.

The purchasing process was smooth and we were able to get a free design sketch From one of the floor designers. We were told our tiles were available at the warehouse for immediate pick up and the one special order we made for a set of bullnose will come in a week. That was where our problems started. Our contractor went to pick up the materials and was told there was no such order in the system ( this is after we had paid full price for all items). My husband went over there with the receipt and they finally located it. They told them to come back the next day and it would be ready for pick up, but when the contractor went back the next day, he was told the same thing! They could not find the order in the system again! So to call the long story short after 3 visits, and two weeks later we were finally able to pick up our order!!! Now the special order that was supposed to come in 1.5 weeks finally showed up a month later, and when we tried to pick it up, we were told it had not arrived. We had to show them the tracking number which showed that it arrived a few days earlier and was signed for, before they searched the entire warehouse to find it. Someone never entered it into the system! Clearly the staff at the warehouse need a little bit more training. It was a frustrating experience and our project was set back a whole month! I will not be a returning customer.

Our experience with them was minimal and our contractor did the installation for us.  We spent about $3300 on that service and our experience with them was okay.  We went to their store and picked up what we liked and paid for it.  They provided the normal service when we were there.

Tiles are never cheap, but this place is just awesome in terms of their selection, their prices, their knowledge about tiling, and how helpful they are. I would recommend them to anyone in this area who is interested in having tile work done. I think quite highly of them. They are a great tile company and they are the best I have found in this local area by far. I'd be surprised if you could beat their prices anywhere else because they really are reasonable.
