Paula and her team were OUTSTANDING. It was just after the hurricanes and all water remediation services were swamped, no pun intended. She answered the call and said she could squeeze me in. 18 hours later we had a quote and 24 hours later her team started work to mitigate water intrusion in the basement. Beyond stellar work, Paula consistently communicated and even followed up after payment to ensure there were no issues. Completely satisfied and would highly recommend calling Flood and Flame.

During the recent storm Helene, my area received significant rain over 3 days, resulting in water accumulation in my basement. Following a recommendation from my insurance agent, I contacted Flood and Flame Restoration. I expected to have to wait given some many properties being affected. I reached and spoke with Andrew, who immediately contacted one of the companyâ  s supervisors. The team was at my house in less than hour and began removing the water and restoring conditions. They communicated what would be needed and estimated price promptly and clearly. They kept me up to speed on progress. They scheduled several visits and showed up on time. Everyone was professional and respectful. I could not be more pleased.

We hired Flood Flame restoration after we had water come into our house from the hurricane. I have never had to hire a water restoration company, so I was very nervous. Gio showed up on time, was very empathetic, and it only took a few days to get things back to where they were. I would definitely hire them again, but hopefully I will not need to!

We had a leak in the ceiling that caused water damage to the floors, walls and ceiling. Gio and Andrew were great at getting rid of the wet materials and drying out the affected areas. Nice Guys that minimized the amount of demo that needed to be done which I really appreciated!
