Just wonderful.  They arrived on time (and I had a pretty tight schedule that day), got right to work, and were lovely to deal with.  They pointed out a few things about my windows I might want to look into in terms of repair, just out of being professionals -- they weren't trying to "upsell" me as these weren't even services they provided.  I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Terrific service - they did a great job on my windows and light fixtures. The employees were professional and polite. They were prompt and efficient.

We had purchased a big deal for the service. The service was okay, the people were wonderful, on time, friendly, and dependable, but I thought that it mentioned in the ad, that they would clean the sills, and I thought they would use water for that, but they just wiped them down, and that is not what I am used to. I thought they would clean the sills by washing them, and I was a little disappointed by that. The windows were okay, and I know that some of the dirt could come off the sills, because when I do it myself some of the dirt gets off. I didn't evaluate them for a long time, because I thought they were such nice guys and I did mention it, and they did wipe it down. I guess the next time I purchase a deal, I will have to make sure they understand that they have to clean the sills. They were very nice, and you couldn't have asked for nicer guys. They cleaned one of my inside windows without any charge. They were good, and I like them, but I would like the sills to be done next time. I would use them again, only with the understanding that they will wash my sills.

.They were prompt and easy to set up the schedule. He arrived when he said he would. He finished the work sooner then I thought he would and they were very thorough. They really did a good job.I feel their prices are very comparable to others.

From my first phone call through the job completion, every person dealt with was very professional and polite. I am extremely happy with the work done, will definitely use them again and certainly recommend them!

They did a very good job. I was extremely happy with the price because I have a pretty big house. It is three stories high, so it was not an easy job. They explained to me why a couple of windows upstairs appeared as if they were dirty and they were just very professional.
