Service was perform well and on time.

This was purchased as part of an advertised big deal. They responded promptly after I purchased it. The only issue was that then somehow my work got marked as completed, so then I had to contact them to check on it. They were apologetic, and provided me with an extra hour of work for the inconvenience so that was great. We have a huge yard, and they were able to get a lot of work done in the time they had. They worked quickly and made our yard look great!

I have been calling and calling, and he keeps saying that he will come. I purchased it last year, and then the winter came, so there was nothing that could be done, so I waited until spring and I called him again. He said he was coming, and I have to keep calling him. I don't know if he doesn't service my area, and he doesn't want to say it. I thought the deal had expired, but after he said he was coming, I felt it was okay. I last spoke to him in October. He is nice when you talk to him, but he is just not good with the follow through. I have sent him several emails.

The only problem was it took a long time to get the service.  There was little advance notice before they came.  They did a good job and I would use them again.

They were excellent and did a great job. I spent $1800. They were very dependable.

This deal was purchased for my daughter. During the appointment set up, Alex was very polite and professional. My daughter indicated he was the same on the job site.  She is very pleased with the work he and his crew performed. We both hope to use this company again in the not too distant future.

Alex and his assistant arrived at the agreed upon time and got to work immediately.  The cypress trees are on a hill which required climbing and carefully maneuvering but the task was accomplished very much to my satisfaction and in a timely manner.  I thought the price was reasonable for 4 hours of work.  The cost of the pine straw was  additional but the spreading of it was included in the fee.  I am very pleased with Alex's work and engage him on a regular basis.  I also like the fact that I don't have to sign a contract.

Alex was friendly and professional and I would definitely use them again.

They did a great job. They were very conscientious and even did things they noticed but we had not discussed. The deal included 4 hours of work and we certainly got more than that.

I would highly recommend First Impressions.  I will be using them for bi-weekly services moving forward.  Alex is very knowledgeable about plants, shrubs, pruning and recommendations for future improvements at my property.

They did a great job removing a large amount of leaves from my yard, bagging them and leaving them at the street for pickup.  They even provided the leaf bags.  They may have gone a little over the time purchased in the Big Deal, but they said they wanted to finish the job at no extra cost.  I will definitely call on them again.

Fine, as far as it went.  It was a little late in the season (not his fault) and I was willing to take whatever happened.  He came back once and checked but the grass had not started coming up.  During this time, my many trees had made a mess of pine straw and leaves.  He could not blow off without blowing the seed.  I realize another cleanup may mean another fee but, after emailing Alex and then calling him, I could not get an answer.















































I wrote another review on this which was unsatisfactory.  They never finished the job and, after trying to contact them by email and telephone, I never received an answer.  You seem to have the review as shown above.

They did a terrific job.

Work had to be rescheduled several times due to weather or other jobs that were extended. But Bryan was very good about calling or emailing to let me know of possible delays.

Very professional.  We purchased their big deal on December 2nd.  Due to high demand and bad weather, they were unable to provide service until January 23rd.  They did an excellent job, emailed us the day before to confirm the appointment, showed up on time.  I would use them again.
