Ferguson Heating and Air

Abraham did a great job. He was polite and professional, explaining what he was doing and helping me learn about our furnace. He solved the problem. Also, my family appreciates that Susan at the office got him out to our home QUICKLY – the morning following the afternoon we called. The weather was just turning chilly and we went to run our furnace for the first time this season and it wouldn’t start.

It was awesome!  I had to wait almost a week for the part to come in from the company that made my AC unit and Abraham straight wired my unit so I would not be in this southern heat without AC!  He was intelligent and completely explained what he needed to do and what he did.  He was super polite and personable and very patient while I had two little ones running around demanding my attention while he was trying to speak.  I just moved here from New Jersey and you just don't get kind service like I received today and I couldn't be more happy with the whole interaction.  Great company and great employees!  Would recommend and will call them back should anything else go wrong (though I do hope nothing else goes wrong haha!)

Though it was not an emergency the technician arrived at our house on the same day that I called about the problem.  Technician mentioned availability of a bi-annual Heating and A/C maintenance plan for the future. 

They were great. They were very nice and listened to everything I had to say. They wore those little booties in the house. They were pleasant to work with. They did what they were supposed to do and did not go looking around anywhere else. They were very professional. They did their work and gave me options. They fixed what they needed to fix and I have had no problems with it.
