They are very good. They've been around forever and I switched to them because somebody recommended them. I didn't feel the price was outrageous or anything. They only use Honda parts. They work on Honda's and Acura's. I've been using them for probably five years.

Excellent. I've been going to Far East Motorworks for 18 years. Fantastic service every time. Worked with my insurance company to reduce their costs so that I could replace my stolen catalytic converter with Honda manufactured parts and not a cheep refurbished piece of equipment.

Very tidy install!

Excellent job. Was informed all along about cost and necessity. Took the time to explain all of the pertinent information and run cost estimates in advance. The work was timely. No big upsells on things that were not essential. So far, I much prefer this from the dealership.

EXCELLENT and RELIABLE service. I would not take my Honda anywhere else for major service. Gordon is honest and will fix what does not need to be completely replaced. Prices are the most reasonable anywhere in Atlanta. Cannot say enough about how much I trust Far East Motorworks!!

I've been going to Gordon for a long time (for more than 20 years).
He only works on Hondas and Acuras. I trust him with all my car repairs and service.
I would not say that he is cheap, but they do good work and charge less than dealerships. I would also say that I do not think that he is "expensive" - and he will not do unnecessary work (so that frequently results in lower bills).
He is pretty busy, especially at the end of the day when everyone is clamoring to pick up their car.
Most days he cannot accommodate you unless you have an appointment. And, he frequently won't be finished until the end of the day but he usually gets it done when he says he will.
He's not always prompt in returning calls, but that is probably due to the fact that he is in high demand and has lots of folks competing for his attention.
The best review I can give him is that I continue to go to him for all of my repair needs.

The services were excellent. They provide a really good service.

They are very professional, very fair and very forth coming. It was a very good experience. I have been using them for a long time. He has giving me quotes and then charged me less. He quoted me $300 and then only charged me $50. He said it was only a couple of bolts loose. He has done that a couple of times. He could have just said thank you because he quoted me $300. I will continue to use their service. I don't take my car anywhere else.

Long story short, they are the least expensive Honda car repair in town. They specialize in it and have built up such a loyal customer base, they can afford to pass on the savings. no, I am a normal customer, I've just never found an auto shop this awesome. I will never own a non-Honda car while I live in Atlanta.
As for the service, I needed the standard 100,000 mile maintenance and everywhere else was quoting $800+. I called these guys and they were like, "oh, yeah thats a standard package, $580.00 plus tax." (Could be different now as it was three years ago.).
I've always gone back and they have always been straight honest with me.

I have been driving Honda's since 1990 and i have been using Far East Motor-works since 1997 or 98. These guys only work on Honda's and of curse Acura's. They have been in business for 30 years ! I would go no where else if you own a Honda and live in Metro Atlanta, they are worth any distance you have to travel ! Top notch, A +, I can't speak enough of them ! My last Honda was a 1995 Accord, Far East Motor-works maintained it, with 15K and 30K services. The car lasted 12 and half years with more than 319 k on it ! I have Never had to take a Honda back to them when they did work on my car always done right the first time !The owner's name is Gordon, do your self a favor and check Far East Motor-works out if your a Honda owner !

I made an appointment because this firm repairs cars in the order of appointments followed by walk-in customers. The car was inspected meticulously. I was not charged labor for troubleshooting the fuel smell or the brake pads because no repair was required. This is highly unusual. Other repair facilities normally tack on a labor rate for troubleshooting. The car remained at the firm overnight because the ABS system parts were ordered. The car was ready for pickup the following day, as promised. I will be using their services in the future.

My experience had been great. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They work on imports.

We worked with them a few months ago and they are nice people and seem diligent and do their job. We looked around and they seemed to be the best people to go with.

They are very good and very reasonable. We like their price and are confident that they don't do more work than you need to be done.

The work appears to have been done well. The price was on the high side of reasonable. My primary complaint is this company is that on two different occasions my wife and I have both called and left a message for this company, but they did not call us back.

It was an excellent interaction. The vehicle was one in the time frame that was promised. They were honest and I am very happy with him. It was actually the second time I've used him, the first time was for more major work.

They do quality work, they are very pleasant people and they are honest.

I was having an issue with my car starting. Infrequently, it would just keep turning over and never spark to start running. I brought it to Far East, and while they did have to keep it overnight to determine the problem, they eventually recommended replacing the ignition coil and fuel relay. I had just had the ignition coil replaced approximately a year ago (and gotten a bum one apparently), but Far East did both the coil and relay for $100 less than the other place did the coil.

Called ahead for appointment which was given for the next day. Good and fast service. Had to go back for a loose belt tightening which was no problem and did not have to wait. Great service and we'll go back again.

They did a good job!

The service was excellent and professional. Their diagnoses were accurate, and I had confidence that they knew what they were doing. The cost of the repairs were very much in line with other Honda repair shops, and of course, much lower than dealerships. I plan to use this shop whenever my Honda needs servicing.

I didn't have to make an appointment and took my car right over to be repaired. They are located close to my home and I have been very pleased with the staff. They had my car two days and gave me a car to drive while my car was being repaired.
