Well... as I stated above the appointment began with his complaints about his boss Jim. and how he sent him on every job that he did not want. I thought?Oh, you are a referral from a real estate firm ( Keller In town, a friend of the lead, and I am a job he did not want to go on... Alright... now... 
He continued to bad mouth his boss, and all the while only looked at the problems I stated I was concerned with. Never looked at the rest of the house or the foundation. It was not until the inspector pointed out numerous other foundation issues that I actually knew there was a problem... and then I discovered 2 additional structural problems on my own... I e-mailed the company including the owner Jim. reporting that the employee had bad mouth him and requested that he revisit the site... ( I reminded him and you, I was under due diligence for a contract to buy). I nor Keller Williams heard from him... The check cashed... no word...  If you are considering a structural engineer... run from this one... You will be disappointed...
