FADesign

I hired Fidel to create a build plan for 1800 sf. Spa. Something easy. After getting plan 2 weeks longer than agreed upon plans were uploaded to Gwinnette county. Came back with 15 issues. Over lapping text, missing code information, showing non load bearing walls supporting a drop ceiling, plans specify a shower that is not even on the plans. I do not want a shower. He forgot the separate electrical plan. So I email him the 15 issues and call him and he says he will fix in 2 days... well 2 weeks goes by after calling, texting, emailing him and he says I bet your a little frustrated. Blowing me off for 2 weeks and says he will start beginning next week. So after that again, would not answer calls or text or emails. This is FRAUD. Do not hire Denis for anything. Con artist, fraud, scammer. I have gone to court to sue for waste 2 months of wages and still no plan or even the CAD File so somebody else can fix and finish for a building permit. Tomorrow my 90 days of no rent ends and still no permit. Do Not use this guy. He is a thief! No Credibility whatsoever...

Very prompt and professional. I really enjoyed working with Denis. He was very responsive and friendly. I even referred him to a friend. If I'm ever in need for an architect I will certainly reach out to FADesign. Highly recommend

FA Design did an excellent job. There communications need some improvement but overall they did an excellent job. I would recommend them.
