EXPRESS OIL CHANGE

They have always done great work. Once there was an error in the type of fluid that they put in the car from an employee in training and they replaced my whole power steering unit free of charge. They always go above and beyond to get it done right. They always know what they're doing. They have outstanding honesty and integrity. Great value for price.

They saved me quite a lot compared to what the dealership wanted to charge for differential fluid service, which is required on my car at 100k, so I had all the services done, and my car seems to be very happy. no complaints.

They were great and I have been seeing them for about 10 years. Their location is very convenient but they do not do major repairs. I will use them again in the future.

They always do the work with no problems. When they have recommended extra work, it is easily shown that it's needed. There are times they could have charged me for extra work, but tell me I can wait or that it isn't needed. I work nearby, and they will give rides to/from while my car is being worked on. Their prices seem to be fair (I haven't used many other folks in the past few years, so little to compare to), and there are times they've given me a break because of my regular patronage. Polite, friendly, and willing to show me/explain what is going on.

I'm really happy with the service that I receive from them. They are all so courteous and always answer my questions with no problems. I always leave with a smile on my face. They even gave me coupons to give me a discount on the oil change.

The service that Express Oil Change does is good, but I'm not pleased with the prices. I feel like they have gone up way to much. I never ever have problems after I leave them.

I took my car in for an oil change. They advertise "10 minute oil change" and you drive your car into the bay and wait in the car while they do the work. I like that, because I can be sure they're doing what they say they do. Since this was my first visit they gave me a $5 discount! After the oil change they checked my turn signals, headlights, brake lights, horn, etc., and told me the left brake light was out. They replaced it for $7. After I drove off I realized my left turn signal was clicking real fast. When I got out of the car and checked, it wasn't working. I went back and they immediately had a mechanic fix it. Turned out they'd blown a fuse putting in the brake light, but replaced it for no charge. Real nice folks and I'll use them again.
