great American-owned and operated company. i had used them for a couple of years but we moved and I wanted to give someone else a try. after about a year with another company, i am very happy to return. she takes the time to understand how we live and my personal nuances and is willing to accommodate them.

I decided to go with them, because it was the sole proprietor. She has done a fine job with the cleaning. I give her all A?s for their service. I will continue to use her in the future.

Chose this company due to reviews on Angie's List. Initial meeting was impressive with promises of deep cleaning and exceptional quality work. The deep cleaning included strolling through our home with a swiffer duster. Items were broken and not reported to us. The hardwood floors were not properly cleaned before a waxing surface was applied causing dried clumps on our hardwood floors. This was later blamed on a faulty vacuum cleaner, but no offer to refund payment was made. Appointments were cancelled at the last minute due to childcare issues. We were very disappointed with service received from this company.

"I spent 8-9 hours at their home for their initial deep cleaning. A whole Saturday. That is a great deal of time for a professional cleaning service. I spent time doing an estimate to find out the member's concerns and give her the service she desired. I applied a special product at the end of her deep cleaning that was to make her floor shiny due to their house being on the market. It was unknown to me that a previous product had been applied before my service which led to an inconsistent look to their hardwoods. The member called and I quickly responded to her concerns and went out the next day and spent 3 more hours at no charge re vacuuming and re mopping then reapplying the floor product. At which time they thanked me for my time spent and said they were pleased. During the deep cleaning their was a small item that was knocked off of a table in one of their bathrooms while I was vacuuming and in my follow up email to the member I did mention this item. Also on one other occasion an item of glass fell off of their bathroom cabinet as I was cleaning and I mentioned it to her husband while I was there and I did offer to replace the items. Accidents do happen and it is not typical of my service. I stand by the job that I do which is why I went back to redo their floors and spent a great deal of time to ensure they were happy at no extra charge. They have 3 cats and 2 dogs a great deal of time was spent on their initial deep cleaning and each cleaning there after. I assure that I did way more then stroll through their home with a duster for 9 hours and then 3 hours the following day. I was under the impression that the Hunters were pleased with their cleaning. I did have to cancel on 2 occasions due to my children being ill and I am a single parent. I apologized profusely to the Hunters and did my best to work them back in to my schedule. During my time working for them we communicated quite a bit by notes and email about their cleanings and I quickly addressed anything that was needed to maintain their home. I knew it was on the market for sale and wanted them to have it in the best shape possible which is why I suggested the special product for the hardwoods. I regret that the members did not bring these things to my attention and would have given me the opportunity to make sure they were completely pleased with my service. I would have never knowingly left a client unhappy. I would have done anything it took to make them happy and I would have offered a refund. I can not fix a problem that I do not know exist. As far as I knew the members were happy with the cleanings and all issues were addressed."

Jody does a thorough job.? I have used different cleaning companies & individuals over the years and no onehas ever done a better job.

Jody did a fantastic job cleaning my house. I had previously used a different service, and Jody did a much more thorough job. She was prompt and efficient and obviously cares about pleasing the customer. I am looking forward to her next visit.

Completely perfect. Jodi does the work herself and is thorough, prompt, pro-active, thoughtful and insightful. It's rare then anyone does this particular service with the sense of pride and total professionalism that she brings to the assignment. She's simply head and shoulders above any other individual or service that I have used here or in other metropolitan areas.

I was looking for someone to clean my home on a weekly basis but since we use only a small portion of the house I didn't want to have it all cleaned every week and wanted to customize what I had done. I called Jody but didn't leave a message as when I checked her listing I didn't see Marietta on her list of service areas, which is where I live. However, she promptly called me back and happily agreed to come over! She said she would call or email me with a date and time when she got home, which she did. I think I called on a Friday and she came out the following Tuesday. She thoroughly cleaned my house, including wiping down kitchen and bathroom cabinets. We then discussed a cleaning rotating for my house that would make sense and we easily agreed on a fair price. Jody has since been back. Her communication is excellent. She is punctual and gets the job done quickly, always making sure that I'm completely satisfied. Oh, and did I mention her excellent disposition? I've been looking for someone like Jody for a long time work with and would highly recommend her.

From beginning to end everything went smoothly - visit, estimate, and first two cleanings. Jody is very professional, punctual, and has a no-nonsense approach to getting the job done in an efficient manner. We hired her to clean our house on a bi-weekly basis.

She was professional and did a pretty good job. I think she may have done a little better job. She was really expensive. Most of the things she did, she did quite well. But there were some things that were overlooked. I think she can be good and will get better in the future. However, I will not continue to use her for regular cleaning because she is too expensive.

She has a standard set of things she does...if you want additional things, she charges extra for those. I found her personable and professional. I'd definitely recommend her.

She came a week or so in advance to give the estimate. She came across as organized, efficient, and personable. We set up an initial cleaning and then bi-weekly cleanings after that.

Jody came and did a walk through with me prior to the initial cleaning appointment. We went room by room while she explained in detail the work that she would do in each room. She noticed things that I hadn't like little fingerprints on the foot board on our daughter's bed. We have two children under the age of 3 as well as a cat and dog so it isn't a simple wipe down and you are done. After the initial cleaning was done, we were amazed! Our hardwood floors looked brand new and there wasn't a trace of pet hair. The house looked absolutely beautiful!!! Jody continues to come to our house every other Wednesday. We are always happy when we walk in the door. We love the fact that we know who is coming into our home to do the cleaning.

I've been using Jody for well over a year and she is the best! I have had had many cleaning firms come in and they send different people all the time and some that don't speak English. I know every week Jody is the only person coming and that I can trust her in my house. She does a great job, and for a much better rate than those other firms. You get what you pay for, and Jody's services are worth more than she charges. I can't imagine not having her services.

I chose Jody because of her proximity to my home, and because she works alone. She comes every other week, and cleans one story for $70. She brings her own supplies (or uses yours if you wish). She is very pleasant and gets her work done professionally, and what seems effortlessly. She is extremely well-organized. I would recommend her without reservation.

Jody did a remarkable job. She was punctual, and very professional in every way. She works alone, without bringing a crew, so you know who will be coming the next time. She went overboard to make sure that every little detail was taken care of. She is very friendly, and trust-worthy. She speaks English, which is a rarity in these days. I believe that we will be able to have a long-term relationship with her. I highly recommend her to you. We've tried the big companies, and they fell short. Use Jody! You will be glad you did!!

Jody started out with a personal meeting to get to know me and my expectations. She arrived as scheduled and listened carefully. She has been doing a great job. When I come home, my house looks and smells clean. She is professional, friendly, and trustworthy. It is so helpful for me to have someone I trust taking care of things that I just don't have time for anymore! At this point, I'm seriously considering hiring her on a weekly basis.

Jody did a fantastic job cleaning the house from start to finish. She was quick, efficient and detailed. The best house cleaning job I've had done and I've had several local companies come in. Exceptionally Clean is owner operated by a local resident and it's great to not have rotating crews coming into your house. You know exactly who's going to arrive at your door. The job was great and reasonably priced. We now have Jody scheduled weekly. Highly recommended!
