I originally started with a different MetroBrokers agent who was recommended by my cousin. She was horrible. After having some family issues and having difficulty finding a house in my original price range ($150,000-$175,000) in a location close to my job, she bought Ennis in to help. And unlike her, Ennis was always on time and prepared and contacted me (by phone or email) when he said he would. He arrived with the list of homes I was interested in and a plan to see them. I actually found the house myself that I ended up bidding on, and Ennis was great in communicating with the sellers and the seller's agent and in making the buying process swift. He as always willing to explain concepts and the process to me, and quick to return phone calls and emails. He's also very nice. I was so impressed with his service, that I even invited him to my housewarming party. As a thank you for using him as my agent, he took me and family to dinner.
