Offered financing. Did not disclose the usury term of financing. Then claimed that since the financing was actually from a third party, they had no responsibility for it. The third party stated that as long as we owed $1 of principal they had the right to charge us financing charges of $130 per month calculated on the full principal, despite the fact that we had paid down the principal significantly. England Piano has been unresponsive and has refused to solve this issue. We are claiming $308 in undue finance charges from them.

I had a very good experience with the piano tuning. I scheduled the tuning on line and since the first one was for free the scheduling on line is a little different than if you have to pay for it. Something came up with the tech that was supposed to service the piano. He called way a head of ti me and rescheduled with me for an even earlier date, which was not a problem for me. He arrived on time and he completed his work in a timely matter. He was very professional and he was very good about answering questions. We haven't had any problems with the piano since.
