I had a problem with my refrigerator that would intermittently stop cooling. He came out and worked to determine what the problem was. While I ultimately decided not to repair the refrigerator, he was professional and honest about what my options were for repairing the appliance, troubleshooting through out this process to help me understand what was going on.

The guys were every nice and I planed on using them for a lot of work but when they left so did my daughter MacBook and that was every disappointing.

Ishaamel was very personable and knowledgeable about my refrigerator issue. As old as my refrigerator was, he recognized the issue and fixed it quickly. I was lucky that he was available the same day the repair was needed. He arrived within an hour of my phone call.

Good work and on time.

He was very professional. His price was reasonable. He was very knowledgeable.

He did not come prepared.

He was prompt and he called when he was on his way.

I called this service to repair my washer $65 just to do an assessment ... when the repairman arrived I asked him to look at my dryer too .. he could fix both washer $500 & Dryer he didn’t say how much the dryer would be because he had to take it apart first. I ended up just getting the dryer fixed because I could purchase a new washing machine for $500 so my total bill was $180 just to lube & grease a bolt on the back of the dryer . I think it was a bit over priced but he arrived on the same day I called and it only took him 30 to 45 minutes to get the job done ...my repair person was so very nice. I appreciated the fact that he came out on a Saturday to repair my dryer and never complained . Thank you Elite Nancy Williams in Douglasville, GA

Very nice guy.Got right to the problem. Gave me some good tips and was a great value.

Technician was very skilled, friendly, & courteous. Price was less than expected, considering the amount of labor required for the job ( dryer repair)

They came on a Saturday and back on Sunday. Knowledgeable, friendly, and fast. I would hire them again & recommend them.

He came out the same day and fixed it right away and cleaned out lint vents as well!
