Extremely well. They synchronized the rotor and the antenna such that when the rotor shows 0°, the antenna is point due north, as it should be.

Chuck is wicked smart. He quickly figured out our hodgepodge of indoor and outdoor equipment and had many good suggestions for how to make it work better together. He seems very busy and we hope he'll be able to fit us in soon for the remainder of the work.

From initial contact to completed job, Chuck and his colleagues were communicative, prompt, respectful, and reliable.  Our need and wants morphed throughout the process, and Chuck kept us informed of our choices and his recommendations along the way.  He showed up to work when he said he would, and he painstakingly tested everything when he finished to ensure the job was completed as promised.  I feel confident that Chuck will quickly respond to me if any issues arise or if I decide to change any of the components of our entertainment or security systems.  I also feel that the price we paid for this job is very fair for Chuck's thorough work.

Chuck was very responsive and thorough. He installed everything and did the wiring and set up. He came back for minor adjustments and was thorough in training us on how to use the system .
Chuck was always available for questions after the install.

Chuck and his crew are great. They were on time, worked fast and even made some tough cuts for the wiring and cabling including installing an electrical outlet for the tv and components and ran a new cable wire to a central point in our home. For the amount of work they did, this was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them and plan to use them again.

Chuck and his helper (apologies for not remembering his name) showed up on time and completed the installation in the estimated time frame.  We had already purchased the antenna/rotor and run cabling to the various rooms in the house, and Chuck was quite fine with that.
After a couple of weeks of usage, I can comfortablystate that everything is working well.  Chuck said to try it out for a short while, and would gladly come back to made any necessary adjustments.  At this point, it appears that none are needed.
 
If you are interested in having an antenna installed outdoors (one can lose 50% of the available signal with an attic installation) and live under an HOA who says you can't, they may be violating federal law with such a covenant. Back to Chuck.  He was outstanding - very professional and did great, timely work.  I highly recommend him.

Went really great.  Couldn't have been happier with the result.  Fantastic sound quality and very clean, professional installation.  Would recommend and would absolutely hire again!

Our sound system for TV, music Blu-ray player, etc. was working very poorly.  We needed advice on what to do.  Chuck responded quickly when we contacted him.  We set up a mutually convenient time for him to visit.  There was no charge for the initial visit.  He carefully explained the options available to us.  After he left he sent us two proposals that we had discussed during his visit.  After we had thought about what we wanted done, we let Chuck know and we set up a mutually convenient time for the work to be done.  Chuck and his team arrived on time and did the job efficiently.  They were friendly and courteous.  They were careful to not damage anything.  During the project, they periodically checked with us to be sure our desires were being met.  At the end of the project they made sure that we knew how to work the remote.  Two days later they dropped by to check that everything was working OK.  It was.  We paid the estimated price even though Chuck's costs were a little bit higher than anticipated.  We would definitely use Electronic Architects again. 

This was the second job this year that EA has done for me.  For the first job, we quoted EA against two other service providers.  EA's prices were the lowest and their reviews were the best.  They lived up to their positive reviews on the first job and we didn't even get competitive quotes for the second.  
They are punctual, professional, perfectionists.  Chuck and Roy both take tremendous pride in their work.  I have fairly high standards and they were pickier about some things than I was.  Price for the amount and quality of work was extremely reasonable.

They were outstanding. They know their business. They know what they are doing and they know how to solve problems. Excellent staff! They know how to solve problems and they are very intelligent. They have installed a television and upgraded the sound system and they also put in sub woofer around and solved some wireless problem that we had in the house.

On-time, professional and very good communication during the job.  After they left we noticed angle wasn't quite right after everything was bolted down.  They came back out during the week and re-adjusted for us.  Outstanding service - would recommend to anyone!

Wonderful! He and his crew assessed the set-up, recommended using a fiber optic connection rather than whatever came with the system (cost me an extra $20, but well worth it!), and completed the job within 30-45 minutes. Both men were courteous and friendly, answered my questions without a lot of tech-speak, and went right to work. Excellent sound, very pleased.

It took about 5 hours, and it was a very good experience, even with them having to put holes in the walls to install the wires. Afterwards, they patched the walls and did an amazing job. You can even tell. Electronic Architects took the time to show me how to use my sound system with the remote control.

Chuck and John did a great job.  They arrived on time and worked for several hours and handled some unusual problems.  (Our house has a PBX phone system and this has confounded several other companies.)  They took care of everything on my list and were friendly and professional.  I have have had other "experts" come out, but none were able to take care of these issues.
I plan to use them again to add components to my home theater.
I definitely recommend them.

Chuck did a great job recommending a new system to match my 55 inch Samsung HDTV.  We went back and forth a few times on price and settled on a fair amount considering the high-quality components.
Chuck and his team arrived for nearly a full-day of mounting the TV, running speaker wire through my ceiling, installing the system and speakers and programming the remote.  They had the whole living room torn apart during this process, but the end-result is fantastic.  His team even repainted around the ceiling, leaving it looking better than it did when they arrived.
Needless to say, I am blown away by the new surround system.  We listen to more music and watch more movies now.  The quality of the system and speakers is unbelievable.
Like other reviewers, I'm happy I bought the programmable remote.  But know that if you do so, you can't add new functions yourself.  So, when I upgraded my Blu-Ray player after the new system was installed, I had to have him come back to add the Blu-Ray player to my remote for a $75 fee.  Well worth it, in my opinion.

I talked to him several times before our scheduled appointment.  He was helpful and patient with my questions. 
He arrived promptly and answered all my questions,  explaining a system that I did not understand.
Overall he was friendly, professional and helpful.

Overall a fantastic installation. Chuck suggested small upgrades, and I added  them to my total because they made sense with the installation. There was no pressure at all to do them.
I had several questions, and Chuck answered every one of them, including estimated prices for possible future projects. He was prompt and called a few times to verify the day/time and even if i was home. The installation was done in about 1.5 hours, and I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again to finish my surround sound speakers.

In the typical modern household the television and speakers have reduced in size compared to just a few years ago. We had done a lot of renovating on our home and all we were missing was a professional audio/video company to install all of our equipment to match the look we had created it. The main thing we really wanted was to hide all the cables and wires in the walls and ceilings.

I had spoke to many companies in installing my home stereo and television. The main issue I had was most of the companies wanted to upsell their own services and equipment. In our case we had the television, receiver, speaker system in our possession and all we really needed was someone to do a professional installation. Chuck understood our needs and gave us some suggestions on how to achieve the look we wanted.

Chuck and his crew worked very hard and professionally. We are really happy with how this project turned out, it was definitely more challenging than installing a flat screen television and a dvd player.

One of the best items we received in this job was a universal remote to use on all the different equipment we have, it even operates the AT&T U verse. I would highly recommend spending the $250.00 on this remote if you have many different components you need to control.

In closing Chuck showed professionalism as well as skills needed to handle even a difficult project like ours. I will definitely use him in the future for any other audio/video work.

Chuck arrived exactly on time and was very professional.  He and his assistant worked very efficiently, asking for my input before making any holes in the wall or hanging brackets.  Chuck was knowledgeable about what he was doing and hooked everything back up in working order. He completed the job in the time he told me it would take with no hidden costs or surprises.  I was even able to apply the coupon he offered at the time which saved a great deal of money off of the original $200 cost quoted. My husband was very pleased with the work when he came home and saw it as well. We would definitely use Chuck again for future electronic services!
