They were great. They were so good that I actually had them do some additional electric work that wasn't associated with my problem at all. They were very professional and they seemed to be knowledgeable. They were also extremely cordial. I would definitely use them again.

Positive: 1. The quality of the work was very good. 2. He made good suggestions to solve our various small electrical problems. Negative: 1. He saw what needed to be done when he came to give us an estimate but he still did not have all the necessary parts on the day he started the work and therefore had to complete the task the following day. 2. We had several lights in the basement that all had individual switches and we wished to have them combined into one switch at the basement door. This required installation of new lamps. He did not remove the old lamps. Maybe we should have told him explicitly that we expected the old lamps to be removed? Still, we were happy with his work and would use him again.

I was very pleased with them. They did a good job and it went well. It was a pretty big job. I chose them because of their price. One thing I appreciated was early in the process, one of the manufacturers cut the price of a component. The person from the Electric Company told me that it would reflect in my price. I wouldn’t have known if he hadn’t told me - he was pretty honest. He could have kept that money and not told me. I would use them again in the future.

It always goes well. They are professional and listen to the needs of the customer. We recommend them highly.

Very professional, prompt, courteous and communicated well. Like all electricians they were expensive, but probably less so than larger companies that use standard (or higher) rates.

They had great prices in comparison to other estimates I obtained. The price was per light even if some were more difficult to install than others. They really did a great job and the lighting is so much better in my house now.
