They are very good.

They are very efficient and good. We have the same young man come out all the time which I like, and he is familiar with my house and knows where to go and knows where the bad spots are which the roaches like, so he is really good about telling me things in my house that I need to do to keep roaches out. I have a gap in the bottom of my kitchen door, and he told me that I needed to get something on the bottom of the door because it was just opening up the house for the roaches to come in. He also told me to cover the air vent by the stove, so he is really good about seeing things in the house that also could cause roaches to come in, so he points that out, which I have never had any other exterminator. He always tells me things that I need to do that would make my situation better. I would rate them highly. I would continue to use them.

Service appeared very thorough during the treatment. However, we still had roaches entering the home for the next few weeks. The service provider came back out to inspect and possibly re-treat but really seemed to just want to find evidence their product was killing insects as the tech stomped around the house hurriedly looking in every room in the house and in the attic for dead insects. He did not find any which I think burst his bubble since I believe he took it personally when we told him we were still getting insects in the house. He insisted he performed a good job. In the end he told me he was not really permitted to treat the perimeter again so soon due to regulations on the chemical they use. Since no additional work was performed I think they could have told us as much on the phone and I would not have stayed home from work to deal with someone that seemed irritated having to come out to my home. The reality is the product work as he explained and within a week after that last visit we no longer have any insects entering our home. So the insect control and its application were in fact fine. The follow-up service was sub par as we could have been told everything we were told in-person on the phone.

I still have bugs but it will take some time to see an improvement. They were very nice and pleasant to work with. They had me clean out my cabinets and do other preparations before they came unlike my old exterminator.

Chris did an above and beyond excellent job of battling out the inconquerable squirrel family in our attic. Under the annual service plan, we were serviced whenever the squirrels were active. Many different types of traps and devices were used to end the years of annoying and disturbing noises that these little monsters were creating. We hope Chris is still there because he was very professional and persistent. If not, I hope they found someone like him because he made all the difference for us to live more peacefully without those invading squirrels.

One time I had a terrible ant problem and they came out immediately. I have been using them every since. They provide timely service. They are friendly and courteous and they have great customer service. They also respond right away to my calls.

I like them because they are always on time or early, and that matters when they have to work inside the house. They are friendly and dependable, and always call me to remind me of the visit. They keep calling until they can come.

When ever Dunwoody Pest Free is here at my house they are on time. They are courteous, professional and friendly. I think that they are really good with the clients, working in our best interest. We are satisfied with them.
