Very easy to work with. Garage door spring broke last night. Left a voicemail at 8am, had a call back right away, Sean arrived around noon and was done in less than an hour. Super pleased with their speed/responsiveness and getting the job done at a very reasonable price.

Called Dunwoody Door Lift Co. shortly after I purchased the deal from Angie's list. Service visit was scheduled for the next day. Tech showed up on time, was very thorough and professional. Would hire again and recommend to others!

Technician did an excellent job! He even programmed a garage door replacement remote. I would highly recommend company to friends and family.

Technician arrived and started doing his job, explained what he did and worked very concentrated. Excellent job, greased rollers, adjausted door closing, changed door switches. Excellent service. I recommend this company.

Overall it went very well. I had to call them back because I was unhappy with the performance of my initial choice of garage door. To my surprise the changed the door maker and only charged me with difference in price. Later with the loss of electricity cause by Irma I had one door that would not open properly. They were out to my residence within the hour and it was a 5 minute fix. Door works fine.

The tech, Jon, came in on a Saturday afternoon after placing a call on Friday night. He was courteous and got the job done a great price. Will definitely use them again!

They did what they said they would do, very timely, efficient, and I had no problems. They did a good job. They quality of the work was excellent. They did the job correctly the first time.

The technician was a little bit late arriving, but called ahead of time to inform me of his travel issues. Once he arrived, the work went smoothly.

Worker was on time, he checked the garage doors thoroughly and solved an issue where a spring was making a lot of noise. Just needed a pulley replaced for $5.

Ken got it fixed very quickly, and only charged me $99. He sent me an invoice via email, which was nice also. He was very professional and helpful, and I felt he was fair, and not trying to scam me. I would definately use him again.

Very quickly and very smoothly. One of the torsion springs broke at 10:00p.m. I had very limited availability to be home for the repair, but the technician was able to come out at about 9:30 am the next day. He called first to confirm I could be home. He was courteous, polite and professional. The repair took less than 1 hour, and he also gave the entire system a quick inspection (and I believe may have oiled some parts.) I really don't know what the going rate is for this repair. I thought $279 was reasonable - I'm not sure it is cheap, but it was fair and they were very responsive once I contacted them.

Went great. They came that day. Repair guy John I think was nice, easy going. No pressure or mention that it was an old door. One of the other big well know garage door companies had worked on it a few months ago had lots of pressure that it was an old door should be replaced. Other company did not fix it right. Dunwoody Door Lift fixed it perfectly. It is good as new. I will call them anytime I need service on the garage door. They were great.

We've used Dunwoody Door in the past so I jumped on the Big Deal offer. Called on Monday, came out Tuesday, finished in no time and our garage door is SO quiet and smooth our dog doesn't even know when we pull in. We miss her greeting us at the kitchen door. ?
