I SPENT A NUMBER OF HOURS RESEARCHING PLASMA ON THE INTERNET AND ENDED UP SELECTING DTV CITY BECAUSE OF THE HELP AND THEIR CREDENTIALS. THEY ARE A PANASONIC AUTHORIZED RESELLER, A VERISIGN SECURE SITE, SCAN ALERT HACKER SAFE, ETC. THEY HAD PICTURES ON THEIR WEBSITE OF HOW THEY SHIP AND TRACING WAS EASY. THEY ARE A DIRECT AUTHORIZED DEALER AND HAD A REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE.
